Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Quickshoot collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Quickshoot website and services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and avatar, provided by you or by your sign-in provider (e.g. Google) when you create an account.
- Generation data — the prompts you write, reference files you upload, model settings you choose, and the outputs that are generated.
- Billing data — your subscription plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — log and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral or campaign source, approximate country, and subscription conversion, used for security and to improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — including processing your prompts and reference files with the model and infrastructure services needed to run your generation.
- To manage subscriptions, credits, and payments through our payment processor.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and important Service changes.
- To improve the Service — in aggregate or de-identified form where possible.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers — companies that provide authentication, databases, hosting, storage, model execution, analytics, and other infrastructure, strictly to operate and improve the Service.
- Payment processors — our payment processor, to process subscriptions and payments.
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. Generation history and outputs are retained so you can access your past work.
You can request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time by contacting support. After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify your account information, prompts, uploaded reference files, generation history, and outputs. We may retain limited records where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Residual copies may remain in backups until they are overwritten.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@quickshoot.ai. We respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. For attribution analytics, we store a pseudonymous identifier and campaign information in browser local storage to measure pageviews and verified subscription conversions by referral source and country. We do not use advertising cookies or session replay, and we do not send your email address to our analytics provider.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (TLS), scoped access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you via the Service or email.
